Seminar “Port-City Relations Global Competitiveness, Local Sustainability

The organization of this seminar would be in charge of the National Port Authority of Peru, the Port Authority of Santander (Spain) with the collaboration of the Inter-American Committee on Ports of the Organization of American States (CIP-OAS). The seminar “Port-City Relations: Global Competitiveness, Local Sustainability” aims to act as a facilitating event for dialogue, the exchange of ideas and joint reflection on the challenges facing the port-city relationship in Latin America.
Its main objectives are:
- To sensitize and improve the understanding of the ports of Latin America regarding the processes in relation to their cities.
- Promote reflection on attitudes and behaviors present in said relationship.
- Provide instruments and means to build or rebuild it.
