XI International Forum and Fair on Maritime Security

The ISPS Mexico International Network, works as an international non-governmental organization (NGO), whose propose is to carry out activities directed to people with a common interest, in order to contribute to the effective implementation of international instruments to increase maritime security and environmental protection, facing threats of the present world that generate concern in the exterior commerce, multimodal transport, logistics, maritime tourism and port activities.
This year the ISPS Mexico International Network S.A. and the Secretariat of the Inter-American Committee on Ports (S/CIP) of the Organization of American States (OAS) organize the XI International Forum and Fair on Maritime Security, to be held on September 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th, at the Hilton Hotel Convention Center, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The event promotes the identification of the development state of maritime and port security and protection at an international level.
Some of the preliminary topics include:
- Port activity and cruise tourism;
- Port security, emphasizing cybersecurity;
- Environmental Protection;
- Participation of Women in the port sector;
- Simulation exercise of port security crisis management.
