Risk Analysis Matrix

The Risk Analysis Matrix was created and written by Dr. Noe Cuervo Vásquez from consulting and training company “Dr. Cuervo Consultores”. The Secretariat of the Inter-American Committee on Ports currently holds the rights for the use and dissemination of the Matrix.

The Matrix is a practical tool used to be able to discern in a quantitative way a risk analysis of threats that could occur in ports and thus implement the evaluations to their port security plans in a better way.
