In addition to promoting political dialogue at the highest level, capacity building through training programs and working with the private sector for port promotion, the CIP Secretariat provides technical assistance, in this case, in the form of projects. Through its Technical Advisory Groups (TAGs), the Secretariat is able to focus its assistance depending on the main topic. For instance,
